USA Songwriting Competition Winners To Perform At Douglas Corner Café In Nashville


Winners of the 22nd annual USA Songwriting Competition will perform at the world famous Douglas Corner Cafe in Nashville, TN on Friday, May 11, 2018: 6pm - 8pm. Douglas Corner Cafe is Nashville's premier music venue. The Nashville Visitor's and Convention Bureau have often cited Douglas Corner as one of Nashville's “Legendary Venues”, as they did in a recent “Travel World” Magazine article.

Songwriters performing include:
~John Cirillo (First Prize Winner, Country, 22nd USA Songwriting Competition)
~Shane Adams (Honorable Mention winner, 22nd USA Songwriting Competition)
~Catie Offerman (Finalist, 22nd USA Songwriting Competition)
~Alessia Cohle (Finalist, 22nd USA Songwriting Competition)
~Sam Hatmaker

The showcase is hosted by Nashville songwriter Liz Miller. Liz is the host for Indie Ville TV and Indie Ville TV Awards. Douglas Corner is a famous venue in Nashville and has been a showcase venue for such big name artists as Alan Jackson, Trisha Yearwood, Marc Collie, The Kentucky Headhunters, Billy Dean, John Berry, Blake Shelton and many others.

This is the 17th year that USA Songwriting Competition has been having a showcase in Nashville. In the past 15 years it was held at the famous Bluebird Cafe. The showcase was moved to Douglas Corner Cafe last year. Past performers include winning hit songwriters such as: Ken Hirsch, Tim Mathews, Victoria Banks and more.
