WHO WE ARE:
The Music Heals Charitable Foundation raises money for music therapy in Canada, and raises awareness for music therapy around the world. Music Heals has donated almost $900,000 to accredited music therapy programs in just four years to programs serving children, seniors, palliative care, autism, mental health, dementia, at-risk youth, burn units, AIDS & HIV, bereavement, rehabilitation, and more. We have a small team of two other full-time staff and a volunteer board of five, but have been effective in increasing income 50% per year each year. Our Strike A Chord annual gala features Juno & Grammy winning performers sells out every year, and in 2017 we will participate in over 70 festivals. The office environment is casual, collaborative, and creative, with unmatched flexibility. This is the opposite of a conservative suit & tie office. Music Heals is growing rapidly and seeking our newest Rockstar.
