For immediate release: Two of the most revered singers in the New Age/Spiritual music scene will join together for a special evening of music on Sept. 16, 2017.

Esteemed New Age crossover singer/songwriter Kimberly Haynes and multi-genre recording artist Johanna Beekman will perform on Sept. 16, 2017 together for the first time at the Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Santa Monica.

Kimberly’s acclaimed recording “Awaken Me” recently won Best Album of the Year by the prestigious Internet station, One World Music. "Light of My Soul" from that album spent two weeks at #1 on the SoundCloud singer/songwriter charts in 2016.

Johanna Beekman, songstress, and kirtan leader loved for her rich, soulful voice, inspiring songs, and devotional chants has just released her 5th album, "Beyond Love: Soothing Songs for the Soul". Inspired by her Lullaby Yoga classes, the album creates a sacred soundscape that’s ideal for gentle yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities.

Haynes, whose major influences include Shawn Colvin, Joni Mitchell, Alison Krauss and Sarah McLachlan says, “It is truly a privilege to carry music of the heart into the world. It is my hope that my songs will be a blessing to all who hear them."

Johanna has been a featured kirtan artist and/or singing yoga instructor at Bhaktifest, Shaktifest, Beloved Sacred Art and Music Festival, Shasta Yoga Festival and other prominent festivals
