Indie Band KMw Joins Daisy Rock's Artist Roster

Daisy Rock Girl Guitars welcomes the band kMw to their artist roster. kMw is the safety net band for young people with no voice and nowhere else to turn, expressing in their distinct style the message aimed towards older teens but relatable to people of all ages.

The indie pop/rock band kMw consists of two talented siblings, Katie and Willy McKenna, as well as Danny Dwyer and Chris Princivalli. kMw has been together for nearly four years and have internationally released two successful EPs of original material. They have also been featured as a talented band on the rise to watch by Skratch magazine, Vents magazine, and Riverfront Radio. They have opened for Warped Tour alumni Vanna at their St. Louis show and built a devoutly loyal following through frequent performances and an increased online presence.

Katie, the group's lyricist, lead vocalist, and guitarist, can be seen playing a Pink Sparkle Pixie on stage alongside her bassist who rocks a White Lightning Rock Candy bass. They write and perform all original material, and can be seen rockiní stages frequently in St. Louis, MO.
