The announcement was made today by Dave Sirulnick, Executive Vice President, MTV News & Production. Coletti will be based at MTV Networks headquarters in New York and will report to Sirulnick. "It gives me great pleasure to announce Alex's development deal with MTV Networks Music Group," said Dave Sirulnick, EVP, MTV News and Production. In his new role, Coletti will develop new music programming for all of MTV Networks music channels. In addition, Coletti will continue his role as Executive Producer/Director for the $2Bill concert series and "Video Mods" for MTV2 and also be allowed to take on projects outside of MTV Networks under this new deal.
