Multi-Platinum Recording Artist Ciara Wraps Up 2005 With A Big Bang Receiving 4 Nominations For The 48th Annual Grammy Awards, Which Include Best New Artist
The 48th Annual Grammy nominations were announced and Multi-Platinum Superstar Ciara was recognized with 4 nods from the Academy, which will air from Los Angeles on February 8th, 2006. Nominations include Best New Artist, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (1, 2 Step w/ Missy Elliot), Best Rap Song (Lose Control - Missy Elliot f/Ciara and Fatman Scoop), and Best Short Form Music Video (Lose Control - Missy Elliot f/Ciara and Fatman Scoop). Closing out 2005 with a bang, Ciara is currently on the road in this year's most critically acclaimed concert series, Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers Tour 2005. At only 20 years old, Ciara has quickly established herself as the entertainment industry's hottest triple threat.
