CROSSDOGS AIMS TO REVOLUTIONIZE CHRISTIAN MUSIC INDUSTRY BY BRIDGING GAP BETWEEN ARTISTS AND OPPORTUNITIES

Circleville, OH (November 17, 2005) – Launching January 1, 2006 with the slogan “Where Potential Meets Opportunity”, CROSSDOGS will revolutionize the way artists communicate with venues, book performances and take advantage of opportunities within the Christian music industry. In addition, CROSSDOGS will provide venues and other participating organizations and companies with access to top-notch artists who are eager to fill their available opportunities.

The brainchild of Gary LeMaster and Brant Christopher Menswar, CROSSDOGS was created to solve two major problems for Christian artists: finding places to perform and receiving adequate reimbursement for their time and travel.

“What we are doing is very simple at its core,” says LeMaster, CROSSDOGS’ CEO. “We are acting as enablers. We are giving artists access to things they would never normally have the opportunity to be a part of. And, we are giving venues and churches the resources to bless artists and ministers.”

For an annual membership fee of $49.95, artists of all genres can create and email an Electronic Dog Tag™ or EDT™ (an online press kit), as many times as they want, taking away the high costs of physical press kit duplication and postage to mail them out. Along with the membership, artists are also able to view opportunities that become available from promoters, venues, churches, festivals, contests, agents, managers, merchandisers, producers, etc… and for an additional fee can submit their EDT™ to be considered for as many opportunities as they wish.

Each participating business and venue will receive a free listing for their available opportunity on the CROSSDOGS website. They are asked to consider every submission and give feedback to the artist. In return, they receive a top-notch artist to fill their opening, as well as 50% of every submission fee.

Menswar, CROSSDOGS’ COO explains, “The world needs to hear God’s Word in many different ways and coming from many difference sources. Money should never stop that from happening. Our program allows churches to bring in artists without having to worry about ‘budget’. Bands find places to play and opportunities to minister…churches bless their congregations with music. It’s a win/win for everyone involved.”

Understanding and believing in the vision and goal of CROSSDOGS, many companies are choosing to partner with the site and will officially be on board by the January 1st launch. One such company is Stuph Clothing.

Stuph Clothing is the largest custom apparel design and printing company that has dedicated itself to serving Christian youth group ministries from across America. They will be partnering with CROSSDOGS to build awareness among youth leaders and churches, which will open doors for artist performance opportunities in all 50 states.

In addition, CROSSDOGS and Stuph are joining forces to sponsor a dinner on November 20th during the Youth Specialties conference in Nashville, TN. Being held at famed under 21 club, Rocketown, CROSSDOGS will have the opportunity to directly connect with well over 1500 youth leaders through this dinner and presentation.

“The Crossdogs.com business model is amazing,” says Steve Hooper, President of Stuph Clothing. “We are very excited to be partnering with them on this event, and even more so in joining together to bridge the gap between artists and venues, specifically youth leaders who want to provide quality Christian events for their young people. Crossdogs’ concept is a positive for everyone on all sides!”

“It’s always exciting when another person catches your vision and chooses to come alongside and enhance what you’re already doing,” states LeMaster. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Stuph Clothing and are looking forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.”

CROSSDOGS’ Chief Executive Officer Gary LeMaster began his career traveling full-time in Southern Gospel groups for more than 12 years. After graduating high school, he attended Circleville Bible College for a short while and went on to play football at various levels of the professional and semi-professional ranks. After being injured, LeMaster went into the corporate banking world, culminating in a position as an investment banker with National City Bank. He recently left that post to take the helm of CROSSDOGS.

Brant Christopher Menswar, Chief Operating Officer for CROSSDOGS graduated from Florida Southern College with a BA in Communications/Public Relations. Working up the ladder to a position as Vice President of a multi-million dollar company, he lost his job and was out of work for eight months, spending through their savings and losing everything. He felt God calling him to a full-time music ministry. Resisting because he wanted to wait until he was making enough to support his family with it. Finally vowing to be faithful to his call, Menswar has been a full-time touring artist for over two years, playing more than 100 dates a year across the US, Canada and the UK and sharing the stage with such Christian music giants as Jars of Clay and the Newsboys. His most recent project, Outside The Box, is an EP that was released on August 3rd. Menswar will remain a touring and recording artist, but will cut back on his time on the road in order to help run CROSSDOGS.

“Gary and I both have heavy hearts when it comes to music ministry,” says Menswar. “We want to help as many artists as we can to enable them to share God’s gifts. We are far more effective and have accomplished more together as a team than we ever could have alone. That is the same concept we want all our artists to share. Together we can make an impact.”
