Midwest Public Relations Firm, Buzz Communications, LLC, Celebrates Five Successful Years
Website: http://www.buzzcommunicationsonline.com Milwaukee, WI -- Five years after opening, public relations firm Buzz Communications, LLC continues to flourish by providing creative and cutting-edge campaigns for musicians and other entertainment-related businesses throughout the country. Since its first days in October 2000, Buzz Communications has been the creative force behind several established and up-and-coming bands such as The Boogie Men, singer/songwriter Ryan McIntyre (as well as his former band, EXIT), Sunspot, Crazy Man’s Basement, OVADYA and many others. The staff has also landed repeat gigs locally as producers of the Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) Awards Show and nationally with the annually touring Go Girls Music Fest due to their extensive production team and knowledge of the ever-changing entertainment landscape. Clients of the firm have not been the only ones to see the benefit of working with Buzz Communications. The independent music community on a national level has also taken notice. Through its offshoot Website, BuzzCommunicationsMusic.com, the firm reaches a world-wide audience with its CD reviews, artist interviews, music news, contest announcements and other features. Earlier this summer, an Internet radio station and companion Weblog were launched to further promote indie musicians. Less than one month after going live, the Internet radio station was significantly ranked as one of the most listened to stations – this is out of more than 10,000 other broadcasts. “I started the company from a spare bedroom in my apartment because of my passion for music,” recalls president and founder Andrea Hubbert. “I am not musically gifted. However, I felt that providing public relations services to those that were would at allow me to vicariously live out my Rock-and-Roll fantasy with them.” Fantasy fulfilled. In the past five years, Buzz Communications has provided ongoing publicity or other promotional services to more than 20 music-related clients. Whether it is a long-term image campaign, the marketing of an upcoming CD release or some other special event, Buzz Communications continues to prove they know how to create a buzz. “Our future looks bright. We are working with new partners on a national level and plan to announce additional offerings before year’s end,” said Hubbert. “The nice thing about a firm like ours is that as we continue to grow we expand the opportunities for our clients to grow. It truly is an exciting time for us.” To visit Buzz Communications online: ·Corporate Site – www.buzzcommunicationsonline.com ·Music Site – www.buzzcommunicationsmusic.com ·Internet Radio – www.buzzmusic.blogs.com ###
