The Pacific Media Expo is proud to host its annual concert series highlighting the best Asian-American talent, as well as musicians and performers from the Pacific Rim. Over 4,000 music fans attended the 2004 PMX concert series and show organizers are anticipating even larger crowds for the two Dig Jelly performances, September 3 and 5, 2005, at the Long Beach Convention Center’s Promenade Ballroom.

Fronted by the multi-talented, Japanese-born female lead singer/songwriter/guitarist, Rayko, Dig jelly’s sex appeal and energetic hook-driven, mind-blowingly, in-your-face Metal with a dose of Hip-Hop music and performances have been enthralling fans in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and Japan since 2000. Dig Jelly recently signed a three album recording contract with the Santa Monica-based Centerline Music and Entertainment and their first full-length CD on the CM&E label, “FOR YOUR INNER ANGRY CHILD,” is scheduled to be released October 25, 2005. International distribution will be handled by D1/Innovative Distribution Network, one of the leading distributors of independent labels in the U.S. Dig Jelly’s new and existing music will also be distributed through iTunes and a multitude of other online music portals.

The 2005 Pacific Media Expo, September 3 – 5, 2005, at the Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, California, brings the cutting edge of Asian entertainment to America, whether it is the newest anime or electronic games from Japan, the hottest bands from the Pacific Rim, or the most creative fusion of sports and martial arts from Hong Kong. For three-days, PMX is a thriving entertainment community for artists, industry, and fans who can’t get enough of Asian lifestyle and culture. The three-day program consists of presentations, exhibits, panel discussions and seminars hosted by leading Asian talent and personalities including, artists, film producers, composers, and musicians, in all aspects of art, technology, film, and entertainment.

In an effort to showcase both Asia's most gifted performing artists as well as up-and-coming Asian American musicians, PMX is proud to host Dig Jelly performances on Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 11:00 pm and Monday, September 5, 2005 at 1:00 pm., with all performances taking place in the Long Beach Convention Center’s Promenade Ballroom (Room 104). She is a selfless self-promoter who will do whatever it takes to help the label help her promote her band and music. Anyone attending PMX 2005 should be sure to stop by Dig Jelly’s booth and meet her, she’s an incredible role model and source of inspiration for anyone seeking a career in all aspects of the music business, including management, promotions, performing, songwriting and recording.”
