NEW YORK, NY – June 6, 2005 - Clubplanet.com, the world’s leading online nightlife destination and a division of Track Entertainment, is set to launch nocheLatino.com – the foremost Latino nightlife and lifestyle resource online.

Launching in Miami and New York, nocheLatino provides a destination for the affluent, bicultural trendsetting “New Generation” Latino who enjoys the nightlife arena and is looking for a guide to the latest Latino lifestyle events and happenings. The New Generation Latino is predominantly U.S. born, upwardly mobile, fashion forward and influenced by urban America.

“Latinos have been asking for this for a long time,” says nocheLatino’s Managing Director Alex Frias. “We’ve never had a reliable source we could rely on that truly understands the young Latino urban lifestyle – until now.”

nocheLatino users explore nightlife, music, fashion and entertainment through exclusive features and interviews, get on VIP guestlists for nightclubs in key Latino and Urban markets, and purchase tickets for nightlife and entertainment events. Members also will be able to view event photo galleries, catch up on the latest Latino news and entertainment features and interact with other nocheLatino members via the community message boards. This online magazine is already slated to run interviews with various Latino stars such as Shakira, Aventura, Daddy Yankee, among others.

The nocheLatino member is 18-34-year-old-bilingual yet English dominant, second- and third-generation Latino who is setting trends. According to Pew Hispanic Center, the number of U.S.-born Hispanics is growing faster than the immigrant population and by the year 2020, only 34% of Hispanics will be foreign-born first generation.

“The timing is perfect for nocheLatino,” adds Track Entertainment CEO Andrew Fox. “The young Hispanic market is evolving and they need a voice that they can relate to.”
