SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Killer Tracks recording artist The Mutants are returning to the United States for shows in Nevada and Southern California. The punk rock supergroup featuring Chris Constantinou (Adam Ant, Sinéad O'Connor, The Wolfmen), Paul Frazer (Black Futures) and Rat Scabies (The Damned) will kick off the Punk Rock Bowling and Music Festival on Thursday, May 25th at the Fremont Country Club in Las Vegas in a bill that also includes garage rock pioneers The Sonics.

On May 27th, The Mutants will be at Pappy and Harriet's in Pioneertown, California as part of a very special show presented by legendary recording studio Rancho De La Luna, that will also feature artists including Mojave Lords, Alain Johannes, Gary Wertz, Sweethead and Sumo Princess.

At both shows, The Mutants will be performing songs from Your Desert, My Mind, recently released as part of Killer Tracks' Artists Series. A tribute to the Desert Music scene, the album features 12 tracks recorded at Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree with guest performances by Catching, Chris Goss (Masters of Reality, Queens of the Stone Age), Eden Galindo (Eagles of Death Metal), Sean Wheeler (Throw Rag), Bingo Richey (Mojave Lords) and Dandy Warhols members Peter Holmström, Brent DeBoer and Zia McCabe.

The Punk Site wrote that Your Desert, My Mind "takes you on a dark and mind expanding trip through the desert, and believe me you want to be along for the ride." Get Ready to Rock adds "The music of the desert never sounded so good."
Your Desert My Mind is available on iTunes. Licensing is available exclusively through Killer Tracks.
