Haunted Echo Releases New Single Exclusively To MTV.com

Halo Askew Entertainment is proud to announce that Haunted Echo’s new single, Runaway, has been released exclusively to MTV.com, with a music video in the works. Featuring Zef Noise, a current member of Peter Murphy’s band, “Runaway” comes ahead of Haunted Echo’s album, Killing Galileo, and marks the first time that Pierce has given up vocal duties to another male. The song also features long time Haunted Echo collaborator, Elaine Kristin, providing backup vocals. While Zef Noise plays electric violin, bass, and backup vocals for Peter Murphy, he has also been a production/stage manager for Nicki Manaj and Lil Wayne, and is no stranger to the New York City music scene. Killing Galileo will also feature several tracks with Zef on violin. Kris “Halo” Pierce (aka Haunted Echo) has appeared on America’s Got Talent, has programmed for Jennifer Lopez, held the audio helm for Whoopi Goldberg and Cyndi Lauper, and was on the team nominated for a Grammy for Common’s “The Corner.” Usually a “behind-the-scenes” kind of guy, Pierce’s Haunted Echo project puts him front and center in the limelight with his dose of dark electronic dance music. Haunted Echo will be performing on March 24, 2013, at the Pegasus Lounge in Tampa, FL. Tickets are $9 in advance and $13 at the door. The show starts at 6:30pm.
