Ms. Grenier will report directly to Mr. Kokakis and is based in the company's worldwide headquarters in Santa Monica, California.

In this new role, Ms. Grenier's responsibilities will include contract negotiations in North America for new and existing songwriter signings, with a primary focus on digital and new media related agreements.
