WHO IS DAMIDAMON?

Damidamon is a British rapper from London who released his first two singles “London City” and “Summertime Love” a few months ago and has since had the british rap scene trying to find out more about this rapper. We caught up with him and asked him a few questions. Who are you? My name is Damidamon, am a 22 year old rapper from south east London signed to Tough Entertainment. What would our readers know you for? I wrote London City, Summertime Love. And remixed Jay z and Eminems song Renegade and 50 Cents Get Up Track. How has the journey been so far? Its been mental, I mean the reception the singles received was more than we expected. With my fan base growing on a daily bases, I am still surprised at the positive reviews and reception the singles are getting, its great. How long have you been in the industry? Wow its been a while. I started writing at a very young age but officially its only been a few months because I released my début singles on the 8th October 2012. is it true you own Tough Entertainment? Yes I started Tough Entertainment a few months ago. Can you tell us more about tough entertainment? Tough Entertainment is an entertainment company that deals in music and movies although presently we are focused on the music and will be signing on new artists soon. Does that mean we might see you in a movie soon? Yea I love acting I think its cool having to be someone else when the director says action. How would you describe your music? Rap. Just good fun, straight up rap what projects are you working on and who do you look forward to working with? I am currently making the final touches on my album. Its already done. But I will release two more singles before releasing the album. The singles will be released next year and trust me they are gonna blow because they sound really cool. Do you have a title for the album yet? Yes and I will share that later What do you aim for when you create music? When I write a song, I aim for a catchy hook that will be stuck in people’s heads. I love hearing people humming my song or singing it because it makes me feel like I created something that means something to people around me. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Successful how can your fans reach you? Damidamon started writing music at the age of 13. His interest in music grew even wider which made him dive into producing. He taught himself how to produce by watching instructional videos on the internet and reading instructional blogs. Damidamon produced his two singles currently making waves in England LONDON CITY and SUMMERTIME LOVE. Funny enough Damidamon only plays the drum set and a little bit of piano he makes his instrumentals with a normal computer keyboard on his digital studio software. On 20th Aug 2012 Damidamon started Tough Entertainment and became the first recording artist signed to the company. On the 3rd of October 2012 Tough Entertainment released previews of his first two singles London City and Summertime Love. The reception the singles received was incredible it surpassed every expectations. Damidamon has been certified to be the next best thing out of London and with his hard working ethics and recent success the sky is definitely the starting point for this rapper.
