8th Annual IAMA (International Acoustic Music Awards) Winners Announced, Maddy Rodriguez Wins Top Honors
Website: http://www.inacoustic.com/artists2.html Canadian musician Maddy Rodriguez won top honors at the 8th Annual IAMA (International Acoustic Music Awards) by winning the overall grand prize as well as the first prize in the Country category. Maddy received a total of 3 nominations. Toronto-based singer/songwriter and recording artist, this win means everything. Her debut independent record “Don’t Be a Stranger” will be out later this year. Her acoustic Country/Pop sound is reminiscent of Taylor Swift.
