Myxer Delivers 10 Million Free Ringtones To The IPhone Through Podcasts And The PC
Myxer, a global leader in mobile entertainment with more than 27 million users, announced a milestone achievement of having delivered over 10 million free ringtones to iPhone users. To that end, the company has launched a new podcast that delivers some of their most popular and most downloaded content from a catalog of over one million ringtones. The podcast, which allows users to sync mobile content directly from iTunes, has enabled Myxer to make a significant push into a segment of the market that up until now has remained underserved. Subscribing to Myxer's "Free Hip Hop Ringtones" podcast (currently ranked #2 in Technology category as well as #1 in Gadgets) in iTunes allows users to receive new Myxer ringtones every time they sync. Two new ringtones are added each week, and Myxer will soon unveil a wide variety of genre-specific podcasts, so all music fans, no matter what their musical taste, will have something to enjoy. In addition, the company's mobile entertainment platform at www.myxer.com gives users the ability to download content from an enormous library and sync it to the device from their PC.
