The hit single “Get Up on It” from the album “Sound The Trumpets” has jus been picked by CTV’s comedy Robson Arms to be placed in one of their forthcoming episodes along with CBS’ “I’m Your Captain” reality show followed by ABC’s “Notes From The Under Belly”. Tune in to hear Empire ISIS’ latest “Get Up On It” on all three shows broadcasted across North America. Empire Isis’ debut album “Sound The Trumpets” has recently been charted as #7 on the US industry Indie charts. Isis has recently headlined alongside Canadian Rockers Bedouin SoundClash, reggae artist Elephantman, Canadian Urban Queen Jully Black & Chamillionaire. As Montrealer Empire Isis gains much attention from her critics, she has still kept to her true roots. Being half Moroccan & raised by her Ugandan stepfather. She has grown up with multiculturalism to its fullest. It was in Jamaica; there in the heart of reggae music, Isis found her calling. Isis has traveled the world from Africa to Central America to finally rest between New York City and Montreal. At a young age she has experienced the global village with the eyes of true innocence and truly searching for the worlds mystic. ISIS has biked across the central Americas to living in Jamaica to running her own restaurant in a hotel in Brazil. As her destined journeys taught her the joys of life, freedoms and horrors of poverty. Isis has returned home to conquer the world again with her an urban fusion of hip-hop, reggae & pop. Her recently released album “Sound The Trumpets” is a debut that has many critics wanting more and has brought much attention to her tour dates.
