Buffalo, N.Y. -- Christian and Gospel music fans now have a daily email list where they can learn about artists and events, compliments of ChristianMusicDaily.com.
"Though it's a lot of work," says Mark Weber, the Christian Music News email list creator, "I enjoy highlighting all different types of Christian and Gospel music with my growing email list and website. A lot of people want to know more about these artists and events but don't know where to go. So I deliver the news to them in their inbox."
Weber started sending out Christian Music News in one form or another in 2001 while a grad student in Journalism at Regent University. What started with occasional emails to 50 people has now blossomed into a Monday through Friday enterprise with more than 2,000 readers worldwide.
"I offer an affordable, modern way for Christian and Gospel music artists and organizations to advertise their link and/or information about themselves to a targeted group of about 80% music fans, 10% musicians, and 10% industry executives," says Weber. "I hope to elevate Christian and Gospel music with what I do, exposing it to more and more people."
