The name of the track "Red October" does not mean the revolution of 1917, it means that the composition was composed on the piano manufactured by Red October company.
"Red October" begins with some atmospheric sounds and beats. The frequent notes of baseline soon enter the scene and the sound immediately follows the dance floor trajectory . The smooth melodic but rhythmic synths of the main melody build the track in the first few minutes. The breakdown in the middle reveals very deep background by its atmospheric effects. As the beats come back in the track really begins to take off with all the elements joining in great unity as the melody also evolves.
11.8 formed in 2001 in Moscow, Russia. Originally the duo of Sergey Krasin and Yuriy Lobikov, 11.8 created a sound that would reconcile their influences from non-electronic music.
